We’re a small family team (mom, son, grandma) sharing free backyard adventures, activity packs, stories, and George’s magical worlds — all to spark wonder and family fun. Most of what we offer is completely free, so refunds aren’t usually part of the picture. Here’s the straightforward scoop:

1. Free Downloads & Printables (PDFs, Activity Packs, etc.)

• Everything in our Free Activity Downloads section (like George’s Adventure Activity Pack) is 100% free — forever!
• No payment = no refund or return needed.
• Download as many times as you like for personal, homeschool, classroom, or co-op use (just follow our simple sharing rules in the Terms of Use).

2. Books (Paperbacks & eBooks)

• All our books (e.g., George and the Ice Giants of Inner Earth, George and the Mystery of Bigfoot) are sold through Amazon.com (or your local Amazon site).
• We don’t handle sales, payments, shipping, or returns directly.
• For refunds, returns, replacements, or any issues with your book order:
  • Go to your Amazon account → Your Orders
  • Follow Amazon’s return process (typically 30 days for most items, but check the specific listing)

• If it’s a quality issue (printing error, damaged copy), contact Amazon support first — they’re great at handling it quickly.

3. If We Ever Add Paid Products Directly on Our Site

(We don’t have any yet, but just in case for the future!)

• Digital downloads (e.g., premium packs): Due to their instant-delivery nature, all sales are final — no refunds unless there’s a technical error we can fix.
• Physical items (if added): 30-day return window for unused items in original condition, buyer pays return shipping.
• We’d clearly state terms on the product page.
